Volunteer

NOTE: All those who volunteer agree to our Basic Volunteer Waiver, Medical and Photo Release by default.

We reserve the right to dismiss volunteers for unsatisfactory performance, inappropriate behavior, or because their services are no longer necessary.

​

We welcome students in need of community service hours, adjudicated community service volunteers and members of the community simply looking to get involved. Volunteers with the following charges (past or present) are not eligible to complete their hours at The Broadmoor Improvement Association: theft of any kind, sexual assault or misconduct of any kind, or violent crime of any kind.

Please do not come if you are feeling ill or have a fever, or if you have been around someone who is ill.

Registration for the Second Harvest Food Bank program is handled at mandatory orientations held every Monday at 9:00AM.

 

For Community Service requests for placement at The Broadmoor Food Pantry, contact Second Harvest Food Bank Feeding South Louisiana FIRST, please do NOT complete the Individual Volunteer application.
