Broadmoor Neighborhood Meeting Notes - April 18, 2022

Thank you to everyone who attended this month's neighborhood meeting on Monday, April 18, 2022 in person at the Broadmoor Arts & Wellness Center, on Zoom and by phone. The neighborhood meeting topic of discussion was Mental Health Resources. Broadmoor Lead Clinican Marion Boreros shared Broadmoor mental health resources at our Arts & Wellness Center. NAMI Director of Education Shannon Williams provided an information on mental health resources available to the community. Matthew Schoenberger, Director of Community Engagement for Councilmember Lesli Harris provided residents with an update on the Department of Public Works and Safety & Permits ordinances. The next Broadmoor neighborhood meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 16, 2022 from 7:00–8:00 pm. This meeting will be held in person where individuals can connect with fellow Broadmoor residents, learn more about the BIA's contributions to the neighborhood, and give your suggestions for how to build a better Broadmoor.
