BIA Update: Tropical Storm Francine

Dear Broadmoor Residents,

Due to the forecast of Tropical Storm Francine, the Broadmoor Arts & Wellness Center and Food Pantry will be closed on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. The Arts & Wellness Center plans to reopen on Thursday, September 12, 2024, weather permitting. We will provide an update if The Broadmoor Arts & Wellness Center reopening will be delayed. The Broadmoor Food Pantry plans to reopen on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. 

We encourage everyone to stay updated with local weather news stations, NOLA Ready, and  the National Hurricane Center. For a comprehensive pre-hurricane checklist, visit the Imagine Water Works Hurricane Guide or the Guía Para Huracanes en Español. Please stock up on essential supplies, check in with your neighbors, and prioritize safety during this time. For real-time weather alerts, text NOLAREADY to 77295.
