The Broadmoor Improvement Association (BIA) and Broadmoor Development Corporation (BDC) are excited to invite you to the 2010 Broadmoor Home Expo on July 10, 2010! Read more for the details and a video!

The focus of the Expo will be a Neighborhood Housing Design Vote, where residents of Broadmoor will vote on designs for new environmentally-friendly, affordable homes to be built in the neighborhood. The finalist designs are part of the USGBC Natural Talent Design Competition, sponsored by EnviRenew, and the BDC. These homes will be energy efficient and provide a groundbreaking model for senior-focused housing, all in less than 880 square feet. This is an unprecedented opportunity for residents to say which houses will be the best for Broadmoor!

In addition, the Expo will include a Home Resources Fair in association with BIA/BDC partners from the Greater New Orleans area. Homeowners will be able to:

The entire Broadmoor community—those who live, work, or worship in Broadmoor—as well as anyone interested in moving to Broadmoor are invited to this FREE event. Lunch will be provided courtesy of the Salvation Army.
