Important Deadlines For Orleans Parish Voters

March 22: Last day to register to vote in the April 22 election
April 10-13, April 15: In-person absentee voting at registrar' offices around state.
April 18: Last day to request an absentee ballot from the registrar.
April 21: Last day for absentee ballots to be returned to registrar.

Absentee ballots may be cast in person on April 10-13 and April 15 in Caddo, Calcasieu, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, Ouachita, Rapides, St. Tammany, Lafayette, Tangipahoa and Terrebonne Parishes.
