Please HELP the BDC/BIA Reach Out

The Broadmoor Development Corporation is happy to report that around 72% of the properties in Broadmoor have been repaired or are undergoing active renovation. However, we cannot reach our goal of a completely recovered neighborhood until every property in Broadmoor has recovered. We need your help! In an attempt to make contact with every property owner who may be in need of assistance, an outreach campaign has been instituted. Flyers, door hangers, and yardsigns have been placed on properties that may not have made a full recovery. If you know how to contact a property owner of one of these properties, please call the Broadmoor Office at 504-309-2571 with any helpful information. We want to help!
